Our mission is to document and facilitate conversations about the ethics, aesthetics, and cultural significance of meat, as well as the environmental issues related to meat production. We are deeply committed to independent journalism and have never adapted our editorial content to suit any commercial interests. We are currently growing and expanding our operations as well as our education and community initiatives.
